New Line greenlights Possum Trot
New Line is greenlighting the comedy Possum Trot Cloggers. Howard Deutch will direct from a screenplay by Julia Fowler. The story centers on a woman who is thrown off her clog dance team by a two-timing boyfriend/coach. She puts together her own ragtag team to try to compete for the national championship. Naturally, she finds a little romance as she goes.
